No record of the registration at DVLA. Cars that have been exported still show up (export marker 'Yes') and even cars that have been off the road 25 yrs or more.
So it's either been properly, i.e. officially scrapped rather than the V5c being held onto for some reason, or had a private registration number applied to it.
