Help... Immobiliser problems!!

The Foxguard immobiliser alarm system started playing up a few days ago.....whilst driving I noticed that the alarm Red button on the heater panel was flickering on and off. Yesterday I could not unlock the car, it must have taken about 10 pushes on the unlock button before it finally opened ( the fob battery has been replaced) I locked/unlocked the car many times afterwards and it was working fine. Today I unlocked the car 1st time but now the car will not lock and also the immobiliser doesn’t work either....the car starts as soon as you turn the key. The Red alarm button is now constantly on. The central locking button works as it should.
Im not too concerned about the immobiliser not working for the time being more the fact that I cannot lock the car.
I have also tried disconnecting the battery to reset but no change.
Does anyone have a temporary fix as I require the car on Friday for a club event?

A standard reset for alarm immobilisers is to disconnect the battery, then when you reconnect it, press the alarm fob to synchronise it with the car.
