1992 4ltr griffith tapping noise

hi does anyone know a tvr specialist or anyone trusted to work on my griff in the northeast I have a tapping noise from the engine, I am aware of the issues it may be but think it needs work done from a specialist, service etc....

Richard ? Who was the main service man at Hexham Horseless Carriages continued working on TVRs when HHC closed down a while back. He was based on the Industrial estate in Hexham But I have lost his details no doubt someone on here will know.
