Hi,
supposing the correctly sized caliper bolts were available is it possible to bolt vented calipers and discs to a 6-bolt swivel housing?

Solid to vented is a common conversion.
Enter 'converting land rover to vented discs' into Google. Lots of discussion, 'how tos', where to get parts from, fitting spacers into your existing calipers etc.
