I bought the Superchips Bluefin which lets me do it myself, I can take the map off which I wd do for warranty engine work, insurance went up about 30 quid. does not transform the car like how it does on say a vag 2.0t petrol, the throttle lag on take off is still present, but defintely more power through the range, bhp is apparently taken from 190 to 215, I would do it again, fuel economy not affected (still poor)

Topic revival!

I'm about to take delivery of 63 plate 2.2 190ps Evoque and thinking of going the superchips bluefin route. The difference it made to my 530d (E61) was immense, but it seems that I won't get the same % gains on the Evoque which is a shame. Probably still do it though. Any alternatives come to light in the last 12 months?
