RRS my16 red regen warning.

Started car tonight and after a few minutes driving a red exhaust filter full warning came up,no Amber warnings ever before straight to red!
Took the car for a good steady 60-70moh drive which was quite difficult due to lack of performance but no joy.
Should there have been Amber warnings before this point and is this going to be a major problem?

What does the manual say?

I would be getting it to the garage asap or call out your breakdown.

Called out LR assist but nothing he could do but his laptop said no carbon deposits and regeneration attempted 169 times in the 1k miles.
So back to dealers tomorrow!

Definitely not right i think you should have a prior warning. Still on my 11mdl its never needed clearing.

Ok,got car back and it was a software fault/update that triggered the red warning so all back to normal.
On a side note the service from Landrover Assist was first class and they would have recovered the car and dropped off a Discovery Sport rental.
10 out of 10 from me!
