Hi all,

Advice wanted please. I've got an itch for a last gen RR. I've got £25k and would like something with less then 60k miles. I do about 6k miles a year in the city. For the money I can get a 09plate 5.0 SC Autobiography or a 11plate 4.4TDV8 Vouge SE.

What would you suggest and are there any others I should consider?

Is buying one of these mad? Also is it worth spending less to get 80% of the car for 50% of the price?

I had a 4.2 supercharged - great fun.

Plenty about and you'd have a reasonable fighting fund for repairs.

My priorities would be condition followed by age, and add a LR warranty. Then enjoy.

If you haven't driven both engines already then do so because they have markedly different personalities. Both are good but you will have a preference.
