Disco TD5 - do all 5 seaters have coils springs?

I'm thinking about going to look at a 2003 Disco 2 ES 5 seater, will this have coil springs and no ACE?
Was it only the 7 seaters that had the air suspension and ACE fitted?

I think you'll find that all es models will have ace and air. Gs doesn't have ace as standard but will have air on 7 seat models but might not on 5 seaters. Have you thought about the 2004 53/04 special edition models (persuit,landmark) as some of those weren't fitted with ace but still had things like leather and electric roofs, the air suspension isn't as bad as some think most problems are with the ride height sensors or old airbags.

Anti Roll Control came on XS and GS specs, air was available on 5 seaters. My TD5 5 seater had air susp, but I don't think many had it. Possibly as the benefits were less obvious than the Range Rover as it maintained ride height, but only lowered the rear via the (optional) upgraded key fob, or raised it for departure angle clearance.

Ace (active corner enhancement) was a option for GS. my 03 GS 7s has air but not ace.

Thanks, looking for SLS (air) as a definite requirement, and interested in ACE, although there are pros and cons with it.

Looking for a facelift D2 in a dark colour, with leather and SLS if anyone has one, with a good chassis! I have cash waiting...

Sorry I mistyped / got confused. Roll control was on the higher specs, XS and ES.
