Discovery 4 :: spare wheel security •

I pick up a Disco 4 tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

However; hearing of a spate of spare wheel thefts; I'm looking at securing the spare underneath.

Is there any consensus on what the best solution is? Land Rover have their own I believe; but I cannot find any details on how effective that is... and there's a few plate type solutions on eBay; again... no idea if they're any good!?

Any advice much appreciated.

Go the. disco3.co.uk forum there is a lock cover that fits over the spare. It’s called Uncle Ray

You can also buy spare wheel protectors on Ebay. Saves you sending PMs on D3 forum and waiting on replies.
