Series 2 Fire tender

Thought I'd share some pictures of the Toylander Series 2 Fire Engine I've just completed after four years. I believe it's unique in having it's wheelbase extended for better scale representation, a curved front apron and many other 'period' details such as the column mounted indicator switch. As usual with the best of these cars it's 24v, has working sidelights, headlamps, tail and brake lamps, indicators and horn.

Absolutely lovely. Well done.

We used to have a full size one like that where I used to work. It was a series one. They sold it off in the end but it still appears at shows and can be found on the internet.
