Help with Type and Date

Seasons Greetings.

I know nothing about Land Rovers so I am hoping someone on here can point me to a link or tell me if the photo of the plate in the engine bay will tell us what we need to know before we decide what to do with it.

We have no paperwork for this vehicle and is surplus to our requirements and currently being used to carry fire extinguishers around the field in case of emergency.
