RRC Tyre choice?

Need to replace my tyres on my 94 RRC. Not an off roader but do take to the Alps so it does tackle snow once a year.

Been looking at 235/70r16 Michelin latitude cross.

What's your thoughts?

Scorpion verde seem a popular choice. Not sure if they are m+s as that's what you'll need.
