Evoque 71 Plate Software Update

My wives car says its got a software update downloaded and ready to install but every time we have clicked the accept and locked the car it does not seem to do the update. Is there anyway around this or does it require a visit to the dealership?

You need to make sure the cars got decent battery charge or it won’t work.

If you have a battery charger then hook the car up to that for a few hours before trying the update.

No need for a DM for that info.
