Has anyone replaced seatbelts in Discovery Sport?

The dog has chewed the 3rd row (boot seats) seatbelts.

Could these be a DIY replacement? Has anyone here done it before?

eta - i assume this will be an MOT failure if they dont get replaced before the first mot is due.
