Discovery 3 key fob battery has died.
Discussion
No its completely dead so using it manually at the mo' and it's had plenty of time to charge up. This happened before during the car's warranty period and it took 3 months to order a new fob then time in the service dept to recode it.
I understand that I could be looking at £140 for a bleedin' key! Thus I was hoping that someone had found a hack or work around.

There is one for sale on ebay for a fiver. Phone a LR dealer and see how much they would charge to re-programme it.
