Industrial Units

Anybody In the Surrey Area know of any 1000-1500 Sq foot Units to let, pref isolated from housing. A Farm would be Ideal.
Or if anybody knows of any small motor garages or Performance car tuners who would like to share a unit then please let me know.

I know of several in NW Kent that would fit the bill mostly in a little complex sub divided into small units, there's currently a few tuning boys there already doing all sorts from max power japanese stuff to top fuel dragsters it may be too far away for you but feel free to email me if you want to know more.

If you have no luck - try the Economic Development Unit at the Council, as they may have a list of available units.

Place an advert in the local rag, as someone may have more space than they need and make contact with you.
