Investment property in Aldershot

Is there anyone out there who is interested or has got investment property in Aldershot ??

We're selling a house ATM and the current bottom of the chain is this flat in Aldershot. I was tempted to buy it myself but idealy I'd want any investments a little closer to home. There has been interest in it from investors but not from private buyers so far, I'm not sure what that means

Any info on good parts and bad parts etc, general market
