For a 3000sqft workshop. The gas one fitted I reckon was roughly £13-16 per day. Did its job well but is there something more economical and relatively cheap to Install (rented unit).

Hoping to be in the unit long term. Don't want to use propane because of the moisture on the electrical kit. One of those waste wood burners?

Woodburner would be good if you have sufficient wood, they have a voracious appetite. Spreading the heat adequately would be tricky.

Oil is probably cheaper than gas but a lot more trouble. How good is the insulation of the unit?
