Anyone unable to make HSBC payments.

We are in the process of moving from HSBC because they are absolutely fking useless.

Tonight we are unable to make payments. I suspect however it is not the transfer process causing the issues.

Anyone else?

Not with HSBC but definitely time to open a second ac. There have been a few instances where one of the banks has frozen for the day, with a second ac money is still accessible.
