Acrylic Laser Cutting and Etching

Having used various companies for Acrylic Laser cutting and Etching I was wondering if there is anyone doing this on a smaller scale (Hobby) that is capable of cutting 3mm Acrylic with a maximum cut size of 400mm x 200mm approx.

Any recommendations or know of someone doing quality work?

I’ve got a Trotec CO2 laser machine at work, we usually just use it for in-house stuff but would be happy to quote.

Router cut and flame the edges to give the glass effect is also a popular method of cutting acrylic.

I have a 20watt diode laser that I use to cut out certain colours of 3mm acrylic and MDF. It’s got a bed size of 800mm x 450mm Let me know if that is of interest

sorry, I should of mentioned that the shapes are intricate CAD designs supplied as a DXF or equivalent and the etching is also detailed. I'm confident the small bed machines can do the job though. i'll contact all that might be interested.
