Offering PayPal credit for eBay buyers

Good evening. When I list something on eBay how do I offer PayPal credit / payment plans as an option for my purchasers ? Do I need to be a business seller ? Thx

Thanks. So as a seller I just receive my payment- minus the 15% fees !! - oblivious to PayPal taking a risk on the buyer ?

Yep, Paypal offer numerous payment options but none of them affect how you're paid
