Any recommendations for SMS-based appointment reminder systems? The sort of thing you get from your dentist to remind you that your appointment is at 2:30...

A client of mine is interested in something along those lines but for a hairdressers. Doesn't use CRM, appointment book on reception so manual entry I'd think.

my barber uses nearcut.com for booking and reminders. Not sure if it will send texts, it certainly does emails.

You may be able to make a workflow using the tool - although it may need more sw skills (albeit ChatGPT could probably do what you want!)
