Alternative to Royal Mail PO box

I am quite surprised how expensive they are at £445pa for deliver. Any low-cost options about?

The aim is for mail not to come to my home or RO address. It can be collect or deliver.

People at my office have addresses here, think they pay about 20 quid a month and pick their mail up as and when.

Probably places all over the country that do the same.

Effectively it's the same thing.
