"Best" Courier for Importing Parts from Germany to Scotland

About to order £700 worth of plasma consumables from Germany
The German supplier isn't charging us VAT but has put a Export declaration charge of €33 (but having read their note that's only applicable for orders over €1000)
The shipping terms are FCA according to Incoterms 2020, ex warehouse
Which one of these would be the best bet to use?
DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS
And what sort of handling/import charge should I expect?
Obviously I need to pay VAT on the goods

I bought 750€ (approx £650) of suspension components from Germany in December. This price included shipping of 29.90€.
UPS charged me £144 which included £130 of UK VAT, so the UPS fee was about £15 handling + £26 shipping = £41.
Weight of parcel, the contents of which were two front damper units for a Mercedes Sprinter, was in the region of 15kg,
