hi, has anyone used these before, its an ''escrow'' account which charge you for holding money as a 3rd party.
{ie}
{1} buyer deposits funds into this account,
{2}seller sends item to buyer
{3}if the buyer likes goods they advise escrow to release funds to seller
{4}if they dont like goods they return goods back.
{5}escrow do not release funds back to the buyer unless seller have received good back...
