Trading from Jersey

Just been to Jersey and was impressed with their'supportive' attitude towards business, like 0% corp tax.

Has anyone any experience of trading through a Jersey based company? There must be tax advantages, but pitfalls and restridctions too or everyone would do it?


If I continued to trade with my UK customers but left all profits in Jersey how do you get them back into the UK without Mr Brown trampling all over you? (and I don't mean a false floor in the car!).

Place of control is all important in whether the UK tax authorities will accept a compsny as being based outside the UK e.g, as in Jersey.
