A bit of a weird one.
So this is probably the best place to ask.
Does anyone know of any UK companies that deal in silicon sleeves.
I’m struggling to find what I need even though there is plenty of silicon tubing / hoses that’s not what I’m after.
What I’m after is a silicon sleeve that I can stretch over a stainless steel handle that has a O/D of 28mm.
Think of a comdom ( yes I know ) with a 2-3mm wall thickness that I can cut down to size of around 120mm. Preferably in different colours as well.
Does anything like this exist?

So you need a closed end silicone molding to use as a handle?
Does it have to be silicone?
What colour/spec/volume?
Sounds more like something to get custom made or to dip or to directly overmold. Making silicone parts isn't wildly challenging.
Maybe look for closed end tubing or even just silicone handles (bike/bar/barrow/etc) if you just want something off the shelf.
