Just received a junk e-mail from iii.
Well normally they go straight to the "special file for things I don't need to refer to until the afterlife". But I read this one. Now it links to an "invitation" to a "free course", about trading, run by Win Investing.
I can't see [b]what the catch is[/b] - or [b]what they're going to try and sell you[/b] when you get on one of these "free" courses...

You go to a 'Free' seminar, of about 2 hours.
The they try to sell you the real seminar, usually over the course of a weekend, at least a couple of £000's.
Just buy a couple of books off amazon instead, paper trade for a few weeks and see where you end up before handing over mucho moola to "The UK's No.1 attended Investment specialist"
The key word there is 'attended', i.e. loads of people have gone to the free seminar, and small % have gone onto the weekend seminar. If he really *is* the UK's #1 investor why isn't he making tens of millions in the City???
