Anyone into scanning drawings ?

A client of mine has approx 30000 engineering drawings to be scanned to TIF format.
80% of them are A0 / A1 in size.
Drawings are to be collected from site, scanned and then destroyed in as environmentallly friendly a way as possible.
I'd rather pass the work to a PHer than someone else.
Price needed asap - Tender has ridiculous timescales !
