Website Needed New Business!

Hi, I am looking to create a new business in which I will need some help and advice.

I am looking to create a new service/ website simular to a blogging site. (www.blogger.com/start) They would be able to log in store pictures, comments etc. The site will have a twist as to make it different to the others.

What I would like is a recommendation for somebody who can create this for us. I am working with someone already but wanted to see if anyone else would be up for the challenge? I also think he may not have the knowledge or design capabilities. So I need someone who is good / well known.

In return for this we are offering a healthy share in the company.

If anyone has any comments / advice or can offer their services then please can you post info here.
