Does anyone know the answer to these?

As a company can you claim tax relief on offering/supplying membership to a health club?

Or do you have to claim it as a benefit on your personal taxes?

Trying to get fit.

If the company pays your health club subscription for you, the company can claim the expense as a legitimate business cost - and therefore it will save tax at whatever Corporation Tax rate it pays.

However, YOU will be taxed personally under the Benefit in Kind regulations and as a result the PAYE you pay on your salary will increase accordingly - at whatever your maximun Income Tax rate is (could be 40%). The company will also be liable to Class 1A Employer's National Insurance on the amount it pays the health club.
