Selling a small Ltd company

I am rapidly realising that there is only 24 hours in the day, and that spreading myself too thinly is good for no one, so am thinking of trying to sell my web dev and internet marketing company.
It has been growing steadily for the last 5 years, but a new venture started 18 months ago is now my priority, and before I lose all my clients, I thought I'd see if it has any value!

How do you go about getting it valued and sold etc?
