I am in the market for a CM. anyone on PH specialise in these?
does anyone have experience of the on-line guys like gobusinessmortgages.co.uk or similar.
My bank will do 70% LTV. Does anyone know where I could get 15 or 20?

I looked a while ago and Abbey had some reasonable rates for commercial mortgages almost went down that way myself.
