Pleace to find an business tenancy agreement

A friend is letting out his shop and wondered if there's a place online to downlaod an agreement or can he just invoice the guy monthly?

No such thing as far as I am aware. I've certainly never come across such a document online. Tell him to find a friendly solicitor and get it done properly. It need not cost the earth and will save tears in the long run.
