0800 divert to 07017 number

I use www.voipfone.co.uk for almost the same thing (020 7 - mobile).
They do 0800 numbers for £4.99/month and then you have to pay whatever the cost is for the incoming call and then the cost for the call back out to your mobile.
Your then looking at about 12-25p/minute to receive a call depending on your service provider.
They have a great web based control panel with an absolute ton of features (most free)
Never had any reason to have to contact them so don't know about customer services but otherwise can't hesitate to recommend them.
