This is something im about to do, but unsure

So if hypothetically, i ran a ladies underwear shop, could i create a link (on the underwear website) to say, Gossard or Playtex without first asking them (i appreciate common courtesy and all that)?

Can they legally take action to stop the links?

Please dont email asking for underwear...

There was a case where one Scottish News Paper sued Another over hyperlinking.. cant recall the specifics.

www.ureader.co.uk/message/1533184.aspx

check there, seems to be a wealth of info.

I cant see it being an issue though, unless you're defaming or abusing, noone is tyically going to care.

This is, after all, what google does for a living
