I had a call from Business Link abot taking one on.

In principle I think it is a good idea, I hae yet to have them in for a chat to get the nitty gritty.

Anyone on here been one or run the scheme?

Run it properly and they should be a good, useful employee. Run it like my company is running mine, and they will probably be thoroughly pee'd off with it. Will also help if you make it a better alternative than going to university
