New product launch - product being rolled out at conveniance stores, large retail chains, supermarkets, department stores etc.

Don;t want to give too many details yet on-line, it is a regulated product so anyone interested, get in touch.

Not looking for finance - we are a bank so cash is not really an issue! Looking to save myself some time, effort and legwork on here!

Thanks mate but we are well advanced with them already. We have the payment networks sorted and TBH, the company has been working with them for a while anyway.

Appreciate the response though mate.

Cheers

Don't understand confused

What do you want then? Are you effectively advertising for people to contact you offline then?

So you want us to email you about something that you can't tell us about?

Am I missing something?

Product is to be sold via high street retailers, CTN's, petrol stations etc.

Can't say more on-line about the specifics just yet which I know is pretty vague.

confused as well

Wasnt looking for any work, just offering inside advice about Paypoint, ie good points and bad points.

Just get them to test your product "thoroughly" via their terminal, robust is NOT their middle name.

What sort of market is this product? I might have a contact for you within a 170 store and growing nationwide chain.

edited to ask: Is it some sort of pre-paid credit card? similar to cashplus? just a guess......

If you mean Payzone's terminal then yes it is. The new terminal two that paypoint have rolled out was not never tested with every "clients" products and rolled out far too early. So the engineer call out rate is very high.

Also they just dont have infrastructure in place to deal the volume of inbound calls or requests for additonal retailers wanting to join.

But when it works its a good product, they need to stop taking new clients and schemes on for 6-12 months and get some solid procedures in place.

Thanks - I have passed that on to the techies here for their reference but from my perspective, its a done deal!

Had a couple of replies emiled to me as well but due to an office move I have been unable to do much about them. As I mentioned to someone the other day, it does not matter what your query is, or which forum it is, someone on PH will know, or at least try to help out. Thankns for the reponses and comments, I'll post up a bit closer to launch what we are actually doing.
