Custom made fixings

I need a relatively small quantity of what is essentially a custom made captive nut making up. Is there anyone here on PH in this line of business? It will be roughly rectangular, about 9mm x 15mm x 3mm thick with an M6 threaded hole in the middle. Ideally stainless steel or at least plated to resist rust. Need a small test batch followed by maybe 5 thousand or so.
