Bookkeeping Software

Hi Folks,

Just hoping I could take advantage of some experienced people on here...I run a small business and use exclusively macintosh computers and would like some recommendations for some easy to use software that runs on the mac and will help me track cashflow, invoicing and expenses as well as allowing me to generate an accounts spreadsheet for my accountant. Does anyone have any ideas?

Key points are that I am NOT an accountant and accounts and finance are my least strong areas so ease of use is a definite must. I don't think I need anything exceptionally powerful and the cheaper, the better.
