Morning All,

just wanted to know if anyone uses a virtual office. One where you buying in the services of having someone answer telephone calls and then re-route them to your mobile, the same with emails fax etc.

The only other service would be to enter data into a database/spreadsheet for collecting information when potential customers call.

Kind of like a secretary/PA ?

Has anyone any experience of this and or costs ?

Cheers

Hi,

I've used Regus in the past (www.regus.co.uk or.com) and found them to be very professional. There are probably cheaper but in my experience, the service ahs been very good and they have alot of locations around the uk.

They offer 2 basic services, one is purely a mailing address which provides you with an address in a good location, the next one up being mail and telephone answering service which off the top of my head, works out at about £100 a month plus set-up.

Worthwhile checking out.

The are also a million virtual pa's that can provide a similar and so try putting virtual pa into google.

Good luck.

I use alldaypa. Good service on the whole. Wouldn't say it's a bargain but it's worth having.
