Finding out who to take to court
Discussion
To cut a long story short, on the advice of Consumer Direct I'm about to issue a Claim against a trader.
However, the trader seem to have several addresses and operates under several names so I wonder if any of you who have an account with D&B etc could find out which bit I need to sue? The most senior person I dealt with was 'Marc' and the registered final notice was received by someone called 'Slater' (no christian name given)
Goods (partly faulty, partly not as described) were bought on 3 April from 'Studio T9' (eBay seller) and sent from CREATION HOUSE, UNIT 5 BUILDING A6, COOMBS WOOD BUSINESS PARK, HALESOWEN, WEST MIDLANDS B62 8BH, but the cheque was made payable to 'Photography 247 Limited'. I think they also sell on eBay as 'creation-house' as the ad styles and location are identical.
I just want to make sure that the Claim goes to the right person and the right place.
Thanks all.

Photography 247 Ltd
Elaine Maloney or Michael Maloney - mail me if you want more. They had a CCJ a couple of months back for a fairly trivial sum. They're also a very new company.
Good luck
