I work for a party plan type company who today have changed some of their terms relating to trade marks, and organisers having their own websites.

Is there anyone who understands this kind of thing that could have a look at some of the rules and confirm/deny what I have interpreted them as?

I'll take a look for you.

How soon do you want it done by?

Call them, and ask them to explain. Works for me, everytime a phone company or bank sends new t&c, I ask them to give me a brief summary on what has changed and what this means for non-lawyers thumbup

I was going to possibly suggest the same as Bodo - depending on when it had to be done by ..... ie - if it's this weekend - then cool - but if there's no rush - a few days - then I'd phone and ask for a summary.

Kinky, YHM

I am in no rush, it is just something that has come up today with the release of the new handbook, and there are a lot of people that have paid for websites and domain names that they are now going to be out of pocket for.

It's very unlikely they can chnage terms during a contractual period that'll cost you money...depending on how you're signed up with them. feel free to mail me details too if you like
