Interview w/SCC (SCH)...advice on Co./Market/Competitors pls

I've a (non-IT) interview with SCH in Birmingham next week, but I'm not an IT Services expert. Wondered if anyone was in this industry and knew anything about them/their competitors/the current market/future developments.

I've already googled them and news articles, but there's only so much you can get.
