I'm trying to work out how much it will cost to powe the office once we get rid of our server room.
So is there a calculation I can run where I get a cost for each persons electricity usage where each persom has a laptopm, phone, desk lamp?

Read the values on the appliances power supplies, and add them up for a reasonable guesstimate.

i.e. Laptop - 60W, Desk lamp 60W = 120W
