Anybody looking to get out of the ratrace?

Not sure if there is a section in classified for this. I am at a loss of where to post for help.
A good friend of mine has a chocolate box style thatched Suffolk Restaurant for sale.
Timber framed, two floors of cosy open log fires and wood furniture etc.
(Also has change of use docs to make a comfortable country house)

The owner is not looking to advertise it through an agent and has asked me to make enquiries on his behalf. Being in the telecoms industry its not my bag baby!

Is anyone in the industry got any friends in the market for a pub?

All help appreciated, as i say its not mine so i'm not on the take for this!
