Logo design

I just realised the other day that I've been using my logo for 7 years now! It's starting to look a bit dated.

So I think the time has come for a redesign. The only trouble is, I'm not very good at these things. Is there anyone out there who'd like to design a logo for me? If you can design a photo website as well, so much the better.
