Our "insurance network" have just finished our website. I think it's ok, and will probably make a few tweeks, but I would really appreciate any feedback that you guys have as to what works and what doesn't from an end users point of view.

Please bear in mind it isn't an online trading site, more our shop window on the net.

It looks OK.. but its not a very pretty website. If it is just a shop window, imho you'd want to go balls out and have a really amazing website?
