The small print
Discussion
Yes, more questions, but my company is finally about to sign some support contracts and earn me some money...
However, there's the question of the small print. Do I write my own? Do I copy something that looks about right and ammend it slightly or can you "buy it" off the shelf?
I'm not looking to tie people into a lengthy and difficult to wriggle out of contract but I do want to avoid getting stitched up myself.
The company is an IT support company and we won't be providing SLA's when we start trading. That may change but initially I need a bit of flexibility to respond until I can establish demand, call patterns etc.
