Need another database driven website designer for a client. While we design websites we have had little experience in designing and implementing searchable database sites. 2 jobs actually.

1. property website with searchable database

2. photo website allowing prospective customers to upload their own work.

Must be good at the design side as well as the implementation of the database, its your job, we will take a 10% fee. Must be able to travel to Northamptonshire in the next 2 weeks to liase with the client direct. Plenty more work for the right person. Post here or PM me. Thanks.

Who said anything about small jobs? the property website has several hundred of its own properties in the UK and more abroad. While we specialise in affordable website design we are still asked to do large jobs. Nice position to be in though, turning down jobs.

Thanks Jacobyte for your email

My housemate (freelance) has just completed a property site for Turkish holiday homes (with a back office capacity to upload photos) - you can contact him at www.loadeddice.co.uk/

Thanks for all the PM's guys, some very capable bods out there. Should make it clear these are two sepearate jobs for different clients. We get asked to do a fair few of these but as we only want to deliver a 1st class product usually turn them down.

Maybe we could reach a deal with someone for the long term. If you get some little pissy website job you cant be bothered with you give it to us, and we will give you the grown up stuff. Not bothered if you make more than us. For the time being though we will just take a 10% cut of your fee.

I will be in touch later.

James - we do web-application design and build. Not big on the "arty" side of design I'm afraid which is why I haven't PM'd you. We are, however, shit hot when it comes to secure multi-user, enterprise class web-applications on the Microsoft platform.

You can find out all about our main product "ProjXNET" here www.aballantine.com

If you come across anyone, in your travels, who needs an enterprise class web-app building we pay for a successful introduction (maybe not 10%!).

We also pay for introductions if you come across anyone with a need for our HR/Time Recording application "ProjXNET". We're getting into "Self Service" at the moment and can also deal with the wackiest of "time recording" requirements as be design and build the software right here in the UK with UK programmers who you can talk to on the phone and have a sensible conversation etc etc

Doesn't count this time - but if in the future it does - we WILL pay a worthwhile introduction fee if we win the business.

I could do the work, but cannot travel to northamptonshire any time soon. If you are able to take a bigger cut for doing more of the organising work, I'd be interested.
